Napper Grace Moose

Mrs. Napper Grace Moose, age 102, of Dahlonega, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023. 

Mrs. Moose was born in Suches on August 27, 1921, to the late Wilburn and Victoria Seabolt Garrett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Hillard Moose, son A.C. Moose, and grandson, Gregory Moose. Mrs. Moose was the last of her siblings to survive. Those to proceed her are her brothers and sisters-in-law J.W. and Ruby Garrett, Monroe and Evelyn Garrett, Cline and Geneva Garrett, and sisters Lillian Cain and Grovie Warren. 

Mrs. Moose worked and retired after many years from Burlington Industries Pine Tree Plant as a spinner. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. Mrs. Moose's long life on earth was filled with love from her family, whom she has watched for five generations. She has seen so many changes in her lifetime, but her enormous love for her Savior Jesus Christ and her entire beloved family remained. Mrs. Moose was a faithful member of Macedonia Baptist Church. She will be greatly missed. 

Missing her most will be her son Charles Moose; daughter and son-in-law Bea and Cliff Botts; and among her list of family of numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great children Scott Moose, Shane Moose (Kelly), Stephen Moose (Jenny), Stacy Moose (Jamie), Tonya Botts (Rod), Tammy Addison (Mark), Teresa Botts, Reggie Botts, Brian Botts (Hope), C. J. Botts, Kayla Ward (Myron), Codi Lathem (Crystal), Raelyn, Addilyn, Chase, Canaan, Caysen, Katelyn, Breanna, Cole and so many others she loved.  

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Macedonia Baptist Church. 
The Rev. Keith Allison and the Rev. Junior Abernathy will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
