Martha Loretta Smith was born October 19, 1962, to late Hattie B. Bailey & Mozel Barnett in Winder, Ga.  Martha attended Winder Barrow High School.
Martha was a member of New Beginning Ministry Gainesville, Ga. Where she sung in the choir. She truly lived her life to the fullest through simple pleasures such as reading, writing, and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed music and loved to sing. She was a hard worker and loved to clean...She touched the lives of all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
Martha was preceded in death by her mother and father, Hattie B. Bailey & Mozel Barnett and her sister Mary Tabor.
She leaves to cherish her husband Edwin Lamar Smith. Children: Sabine Barnett, Eric (Sofie) Morrow, Jimmy (Sherinda) Scott, Jr., Jermaine (Shanice) Barnett, Jontae Smith (Stephanie Mize). One sister, Melissa Barnett. Two Aunts, Francine McIntosh, Charlotte Rucker & one Uncle, Johnny Rucker. 12 nieces and nephews, 33 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren,2 Great Great Nieces and Nephews. And a host of family and friends.
