Elizabeth Rebecca "Becky" Sailors Davidson

Mrs. Elizabeth Rebecca “Becky” Sailors Davidson, 90, of Gainesville, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 following a period of declining health.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 24, 2023 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Raymond Latty and Rev. Billy King will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Sunday September 24th from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Born on March 8, 1933 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Desser May Hall Sailors. Mrs. Davidson was a lifetime member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a homemaker who loved her family.

Mrs. Davidson was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Frank Davidson.

Mrs. Davidson is survived by her daughter and son in Law Donna and Bert Thalen of Gainesville; daughter, Diane Howard of Murrayville; son Dan Davidson of Gainesville; grandson and wife Tyler and Kayla Howard; granddaughter and husband, Betsy and Adam Palmer; great grandchildren, Hank Howard, Walter Howard, Hadley Palmer, Piper Palmer; sisters, Evelyn Brannon of Oakwood, Jean Herviska of Dawsonville; brother and sister in law, Jerry Lamar and Dale Sailors of Montgomery, AL and a number of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
