William Bennett Myers

Mr. William Bennett Myers, age 77 of Buford, passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at Northside Hospital – Gwinnett.

Funeral mass will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Father Pete Coppola will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 6439 Spout Springs Rd. 30542.

Mr. Myers was born June 30, 1946 to the late Donald & Irene Cook Myers of Columbus, Kansas. He was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Theresa Myers of Buford, GA; daughter Jennifer Myers of Buford, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Amy & Jeff Herr of Avondale Estates, GA; brother, Michael Ricks of Pittsburg, KS; sisters, Marsha Olson of Wichita, KS & Frances Gibbs of Wortham, TX; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Linda Jarman, Tony Jarman, Kathy Brown and Lee Myers.
