Frances "Fran" Leonard

Frances “Fran” Leonard passed away on August 2, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and will be terribly missed.

The family will be holding an intimate Graveside Service held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 4, 2023 at Memorial Park South Cemetery.

Born March 4th, in Long Island, New York, Fran lived a long, happy life. She had a smile that always brightened a room and gave joy to those who knew her. Nothing gave her more joy and happiness than being with her family. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, strength, and living life to the fullest.

Fran is survived by her four children, their spouses and children: son, Richard LaCagnina; daughter, Margaret LaCagnina and her husband Myril Shaw and son Michael LaCagnina; son, David LaCagnina and his wife Diann and sons Trevor and Mitchell and wife Maren and their two children James and Emmie; and daughter, Lisa Backus and her husband Kurt and sons Jeffrey, Austin, Stephen and wife Jackie and their son Baby Joel.
