Bruce Allen Bennett

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Bruce Allen Bennett, age 72 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Saturday, June 17, 2023.  Mr. Bennett was born in Chamblee, Georgia the son of the late Arnold Ralph Bennett and the late Florence Carolyn Greenway Bennett.  Mr. Bennett was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and was of the Baptist Faith.  Mr. Bennett loved hunting, camping, the Atlanta Braves and was a Car Buff.  Mr. Bennett retired as General Manager of Bennett Steel in Cumming, Georgia.

Survivors include a sister Sandra C. Wills of Franklin, Tennessee.  Nephew, Bennett Wills (Nicole), two grandnieces, Savannah Wills and Caroline Wills all of Fairview, Tennessee.

In accordance with the wishes of Mr. Bennett, his remains will be cremated with interment services to be held on a later date at the National Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee.
