Fannie “Flossie” Bell Overby

Mrs. Fannie “Flossie” Bell Overby, 91, of Gainesville, passed away Monday, June 5, 2023 at Cedar Hurst of Oakwood.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Drewery Loggins will officiate.

Born on October 31, 1931 in Lumpkin County, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Maude Carder. She was an Assistant Manager of Revco Drug and of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Overby is survived by close friends Howard and Jeannine Pruitt of Gainesville and a number of cousins.
