Mildred Harrison Hayes, age 90, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-four years, Cline Vesta Hayes; sons, Gerald Hayes and Ronnie Hayes; infant children, Trent Hayes and Patricia Hayes; parents, Ottis and Annie Ree Harrison; brothers, Raymond and Winfred Harrison; sisters-in-law, Ruth Harrison and Frances Harrison; and brother-in-law, Gene Smith.
Mrs. Hayes is survived by daughters, Sheila (Bobby) Masters of Dacula, GA, Wanda Northcutt of Buford, GA, Rita (Randall) Ethridge of Dacula; daughter-in-law, Pam Hayes of Townsend, TN; grandchildren, Holly and Wes Martin, Heath and Jenna Hayes, Hunter Hayes, Sabrina Masters, Brayden and Danielle Masters, April Hayes, Trenton Hayes, Timothy Hayes, Amanda Northcutt, Christopher and Jenny Ethridge, Mark Ethridge; great grandchildren, Wes and Megan Martin, Katie Martin, Landon N. Hayes, Makenna Masters, Colson Masters, Landon K. Hayes, Kelsie Hayes, Colt Ethridge, Kylie Ethridge, Haven Hayes and Gracie Hayes; sisters, Sue Harrison Hughes of Buford and Edna Harrison Smith of Sugar Hill; brother, Edward Harrison of Braselton, GA; sister-in-law, Janice Harrison of Winder, GA; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mrs. Hayes was born on November 20, 1932 in Sugar Hill, GA.
She was a 1950 graduate of Buford High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Sugar Hill. Mrs. Hayes enjoyed crocheting and playing games, but most of all she loved spending time with all her family who meant the world to her.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, Hwy 124, Buford, GA 30519.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 4 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
