Janie Pauline Lovell

Janie Pauline Lovell, 94, of Gainesville, Ga passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 2, 2023 from 5pm until 8pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home, and funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 2:30 pm in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home, with Rev. Keith Phagan officiating. Interment will follow at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs.  Lovell was predeceased by her parents, Lester and Bertha Tritt, her siblings, Ruth Parker, Ralph Tritt, and Paul Tritt of Suches, Ga, her husband James A. Lovell and Eldest son Danny J. Lovell, both of Gainesville, Ga.

She is survived by her son Richard H. Lovell of St. Petersburg, Florida, her sister, Irene Porter of Suches, Ga, 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews. 

Mrs. Lovell loved cooking, her large family, her church family and most of all, her Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ. She was a long time employee of Warren Featherbone Company of Gainesville, GA, and was a member of First Congregational Holiness Church in Gainesville, GA.
