Sandra Davis

Sandra Davis, 62, of Dawsonville passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at her residence.

Born June 19, 1960 in Duluth, Georgia to the late Roger and Annie Lee Padgett, she had lived in Dawson County for the past 18 years having moved from Marietta.  A homemaker at her death, she formerly drove a school bus for the City of Marietta School System and was employed by Brunos Groceries in Sandy Springs.  Sandra enjoyed crafting, her flower gardens and doing what she could to help others.  She was a caregiver to many.  She was also preceded in death by her brother in law, John Scarlett.

Surviving are her husband of 33 years, Steve Davis, Dawsonville; daughter, Amanda Lefholz and her fiancé, Kory Drake, Warrenton, MO; grandchildren, Kanyn Lefholz, Kohen Drake; sister, Brenda Scarlett, Dawsonville; brother and sister in law, Wayne and Lisa Padgett, Dawsonville; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 2 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Max Padgett will officiate.

The family will receive friends Thursday beginning at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
