Larry Vance “Van” Bullock, Jr.

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Larry Vance “Van” Bullock, Jr., age 53 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Friday, May 26, 2023.  Mr. Bullock was born in Athens, Georgia the son of the late Larry Vance Bullock, Sr. and Jean Jackson Bullock of Jefferson.  Mr. Bullock was a retired Lineman with Jackson Electric, a member of the Unity Masonic Lodge and a member of Bethany Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Amy Bullock of Atlanta.  Son, Larry Vance “Tripp” Bullock III of Jefferson.  Sister, Michelle Bullock Reece (Jay) of Ellijay.  Niece E.B. Cole (Shane) and nephews Trey Reece (Morgan) and Colby Reece.  

Funeral services will be held 4:00 P.M. Sunday, May 28, 2023 from the Bethany Methodist Church with Reverend Johnny Ray officiating.  The family will receive friends 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. prior to the service at the Church.  Burial will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Jackson Memorial Park, Commerce, Georgia.  Gentlemen honored as pallbearers are Tripp Bullock, Don Elrod, Brian Jackson, Kipp Jackson, Benji Free, Gus Cooper and Keith Gilbert.

Flowers are optional, memorials may be made in memory of Mr. Van Bullock to the Bethany Methodist Church Renewal Fund, 4659 Brockton Road, Jefferson, Georgia  30549.
