Timothy Lee Venable

Mr. Timothy Lee Venable, age 61, of Gainesville, GA died Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at his residence.  Mr. Venable was born in Athens to Helen Geneva Ballenger Venable and the late, Tommy Gene Venable.  He was a member of the Baptist faith and Harley Owners Group (H.O.G).  Mr. Venable was employed at SSUI as a computer programmer.

Mr. Venable is survived by his wife, Lisa Ann Mercer Venable; daughter, Lindsey Cantrell; sons, Austin Seawright and Chris Seawright; sister, Sondra Strickland; brothers, Gene Smith, Barry Venable, Gary Venable and John Venable; and one grandson, Liam Cantrell.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM, Friday, May 12 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Bergeron officiating.  Interment will follow in Nicholson Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 5 to 7 PM.
