Rayford "Ray" Bagwell, age 83, of Dawsonville, GA passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Partin and Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 30.
