Jason Paul Freeman

Jason Paul Freeman, 33, of Cumming, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023.

Born August 8, 1989, Jason had been a resident of Forsyth County for all of his life.  He enjoyed playing guitar and was always joking and laughing.  Jason loved his son most of all and was very proud of him.  Preceding Jason in death are his father, Doug Freeman, grandparents, Lawrence and Joan Freeman, and great-aunt, Joyce Anderson.

Surviving family members include his son, Colton Freeman; brothers, Carl Freeman of Cumming, Michael Freeman of Talmo; mother, Kim Freeman Stanley of Auburn; grandparents, Jackie and Sheila Christopher of Canton, Roxanne and Jimmy Zacharias of Cumming; other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 6 p.m. at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Jamie Peels will officiate.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4 p.m. until the hour of service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family for the benefit of Jason’s son, Colton.
