Janet Eileen Walker

Janet Eileen Clark Walker, 78, of Dawsonville passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023 at her residence surrounded by family following a period of declining health.

Born May 9, 1944 to the late Eugene and Marjorie Clark, Janet had been a resident of Dawson County for almost 10 years.  She lived the rest of her life in Olive Branch, Mississippi where she was a 1962 graduate of Olive Branch High School.  From 1991 until 2013, she worked as a home health associate for Accredo until her retirement.  Janet enjoyed traveling with her children and spending time with her granddaughter most of all.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Lorenda Leigh and Jeff Eubanks of Dawsonville; son, Gary Dean Lewis of Las Vegas, Nevada; granddaughter, EmiLeigh Erin-Eileen Eubanks of Dawsonville; brothers, John Clark, Gerald “Bud” Clark, both of Olive Branch, MS; sister, Marjean “Sis” Mercer of Hernando, MS; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family is planning memorial services to be held at a later date.
