Ms. Donna Mae Beaty, age 70 of Murrayville, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Gainesville surrounded by family.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Resthaven Gardens of Memory in Decatur, Georgia. Rev. Rev. Phillip Ransom will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday, April 24, 2023 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.
Ms. Beaty was born August 20, 1952 to the late Robert James Facette & Catherean Adams in Duluth, Georgia. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Senior Center in Dahlonega, Georgia.
She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Charles “Chuck” & Michele Beaty; daughter & son-in-law, Melanie & Zack Brown; sister, Cheryl Head; and grandchildren, Zachary Samples, Liberty Brown, Kinsey Beaty, & Avery Beaty.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Gordon Beaty; and sisters, Dottie Bowen & Patricia Groff.
