Rubye Jo Stringer

Mrs. Rubye Jo Stringer, age 61 of Gainesville, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 21, 2023 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Rev. Scott Fendley will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Stringer was born January 11, 1962 to the late William & Bessie Stringer in Gainesville, Georgia and a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Renato & Heather Stringer; daughter & son-in-law, Jaleesa & Wendell McMillan; sisters, Vernita Stringer & Neldon Manning; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Todd Stringer; brother, Lamar Stringer; and sister, Juanita Stringer.
