Bonnie Nunnery Barker Lowe

Bonnie Nunnery Barker Lowe, age 85, of Buford GA. passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023.  Mrs. Lowe was preceded in death by her husband Bobby F. “Bob” Barker.  Mrs. Lowe is survived by her husband of 9 years, Ed Lowe of Buford, GA.; daughter, Sue (Mike) Brooks of Flowery Branch, GA.; son, John (Lisa) Nunnery of Gainesville, GA.; step-daughter, Tina Barker (Chris) Woodall of Lawrenceville, GA.; step-son, John Edward (Monique) Lowe IV of Doraville, GA.; granddaughter, Shelby Nunnery (Tyler) Patton; sister-in-law, Patricia Porter of Columbus, OH.; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Mrs. Lowe was born March 25, 1938 in Welch, West VA.  She was a 1955 graduate of North Fork High School.  She was retired from Sony as a Human Resources Director.  Mrs. Lowe was a member of Flowery Branch First Baptist Church, Flowery Branch, GA., a member of The Silvertones, First Baptist Church of Buford, GA., and a member of WMU at First Baptist Church of Flowery Branch.  She enjoyed cooking, loved music, and loved her granddaughter and family. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA. with the Rev. Bobby Gastley officiating.  Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Duluth, GA.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 20, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA.
