Helen Denes

Mrs. Helen Denes, age 86, of Duluth passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023 at the Life Care Center of Lawrenceville, surrounded by her family.

Graveside Services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Pastor Nicu Butoi will officiate.

Mrs. Denes was born May 31, 1936 to the late Costan & Anna Margaras in Teaca, Romania.  She was a member of the Atlanta Romanian Seventh Day Adventist.

Mrs. Denes is survived by her children, Alex & Elisa Denes, Anna & Joachim Berkner, Ibolya Stanoiu and Ilona Denes; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Costantin Margaras, Aurel Margaras, Ion Margaras and Leontina Breja.
