Judy Buffington Haff

Judy Buffington Haff, 71, passed away Saturday April 8 at Floyd Medical Center following months of decline.  

Born in Gainesville GA, she was the daughter of Glad "Buff" Buffington and Ethelene Gerrin Buffington. She was a graduate of East Hall High School and worked as a respiratory therapist at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. She also loved singing and touring with several gospel music groups. She was a member of Dunagan Chapel United Methodist Church.  

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John Haff.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Amber and John Hawkins, grandchildren Declan and Scarlett Hawkins, Brother Jerry Buffington, Cousin Louie and Sherri Griffin, great niece Nicole Griffin. Also, Ann Tart, Linda and Johnny Benfield, Ricky and Jeannine Elrod, Glenda and Knox York.

She is also survived by her beloved dogs Pepper and Molly. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday April 12 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Reverend Bill Compton will officiate. Interment will follow at Gillsville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday April 11 from 5-7pm and Wednesday April 12 from 11 until the funeral.
