Ada Geraldine “Gerry” Beaty

Mrs. Ada Geraldine “Gerry” Beaty, age 89 of Flowery Branch, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 10, 2023 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Rev. Michael Moore and Rev. Chuck Nation will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Sunday, April 9, 2023 and from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 10, 2023 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Beaty was born July 16, 1933 to the late Frank & Ruth Gulley of Benton, Illinois. She was a member of First Baptist Church Flowery Branch.

She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Bill Beaty; grandchildren, Jeremy Beaty of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Justin Beaty of Flowery Branch, and Jordan (Amanda) Beaty of Flowery Branch; and great-grandchildren; Trent, Taylor, Trey, Dylan, Tyler, Alexis and Tristan.

She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Beaty; sister, Shirley Richardson; grandson, Steven Beaty; and great-grandson, Tripp Beaty.
