Mr. Shane Joseph Long, age 45 of Gainesville, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023 following a sudden illness.
Memorial services to be announced at a later date.
Mr. Long was born July 26, 1977 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Joseph Edwin Long and Kathy Colleen Adams. Shane was previously employed with Gainesville Water Department and was preceded in death by his parents, both maternal and paternal grandparents and his sister, Kristi Long.
Mr. Long is survived by his sons, Cody Shane Long of Gainesville and Braydon Long of Warner Robins, Georgia and a number of other relatives.
