Donald Lee Hudgins, 72, of Gainesville, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park. Rev. Stanley Peck will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Born on May 18, 1950 in Gainesville, he was the son of the late Henry M. and Bertha Ruth Collins Hudgins. He was a warehouse worker and attended Sardis Baptist Church. He was a graduate of North Hall High School.
Mr. Hudgins is survived by his brother and sister in law, Dale and Jane Hudgins of Canton; nephew, Jason Hudgins (Amanda) of Canton; niece, Emily Beth Gibson (Scott) of Ball Ground; cousins, Danny Collins (Susan) of Flowery Branch, Tom Collins (Karen) of Pendergrass, Jack Collins (Linda) of Jefferson, Bill Collins (Trudy) of Monroe, Rick Collins (Cindy) of Oakwood, Leah Robertson of Gainesville, Lounette Minor of Lawrenceville, Linda Calhoun of Monroe, Wanda Hudgins of Lawrenceville and a number of nieces and nephews.
