Tommie Holland II was born on November 14, 1957 to the late Mary Ann Gillespie and Tommie Holland in Clarksville, Georgia. He was reared by his step-father the late William Gillespie. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tia Ivanna and a brother, Kenneth Hannah (Sandy Springs, Georgia). He leaves to cherish his loving memories, a devoted wife, Sara Ryals Holland (Atlanta, Georgia one son, Justin (Janene) Holland (Minneapolis, Minnesota); one daughter, Bethany (D'Angelo) Scales (Talledega, Alabama); two grandsons: Jace Holland, Kingston Scales; one granddaughter, Karter Scales; two brothers: Frank Victor (Wanda) Sosebee (Flowery Branch, Georgia), Henry(Sarita) Holland (Villa Rica, Georgia); two sisters: Elaine Sims (Gainesville, Georgia), Chery Holland (Stone Mountain, Georgia); five sister-in-laws: Susie Grierson (Dayton, Ohio), Hazel Green (Jesup, Georgia), Jean Embry (Dayton, Ohio), Mary (Eddie) Marcus (Jesup, Georgia), Loretta Ryals (Screven, Georgia); first daughter and son: Dr. Dione Marcus Super (Atlanta, Georgia), Brandon Sims (Lithonia, Georgia); God children: Shari Turner (Forest Park, Georgia), Aaronlyn Lackey Wright (Ellenwood, Georgia), Aaron Lackey Jr. (Stockbridge, Georgia), Daviana Grier (Macon, Georgia), Mechelle and Matthew James (Fayetteville, Georgia); like a mother: Lady Ingrid Richardson (Covington, Georgia); A host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 at Temple of Prayer Family Worship Cathedral, UCOGIC, 161 Senoia Road, Fairburn, GA 30213 at 11:00 AM.
