Mary Martha Samples

Mrs. Mary Martha Samples, 63, of Jefferson, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023 at Friendship Nursing Home following an extended illness.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Hope Crossings Church, 2106 Old Pendergrass Rd, Jefferson, GA 30549.

Born on June 2, 1959 in Winder, GA, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wes Smith who raised her. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.

Mrs. Samples is survived by her daughters, Misty McIntyre, Starla Davenport (Rick) of Carnesville; sons, Dwayne McIntyre (Melanie) of Maysville, Bobby Davenport (Michelle) of Jefferson; 18 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Lois Garrett of Pendergrass and a number of other loving relatives.
