Cleveland "Edward" Milsap, Jr. age 42 of Lula, GA passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023.
Born on Jan. 9, 1981 in Hall County, GA, Mr. Milsap, Jr. was the son of Cleveland Milsap, Sr. and Dorothy Tanner Milsap.
Survivors include a daughter, Shantell Milsap; brother, Samuel Milsap; and a sister, Adrian Smith.
A cremation will be taking place per the deceased wishes.
