Samuel "Justin" Milsap, Jr., age 39 of Lula, GA passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023.
Born on March 9, 1984 in Hall County, GA, Mr. Milsap, Jr. was the son of Cleveland Milsap and Dorothy Milsap.
Survivors include a daughter, Destiny Milsap; brother, Cleveland Milsap; and a sister, Adrian Smith.
A cremation will be taking place per the deceased wishes.
