Roy Lee Patillo

Mr. Roy Lee Pattillo, 88, of Flowery Branch, passed away Friday, March 3, 2023 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 6, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Ricky Thrasher will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Sunday, March 5th from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Born on June 12, 1934 in Stockbridge, GA, he was the son of the late J.W. Pattillo and the late Lillian Rogers Pattillo. Mr. Pattillo was retired from Mead Packaging where he was a machinist. 

Mr. Pattillo was a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Pattillo was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Pattillo; son, Keith Pattillo; brothers, Ashley and Gene and grandson, Dillinger McCue.

Mr. Pattillo is survived by his daughter and son in law, Karen and Tim Thrasher of Gainesville; son and daughter in law, Michael and Kathy Pattillo of Gillsville; brothers, Travis and Diane Pattillo of Mineral Bluff, GA, Thomas Pattillo of Snellville; grandchildren, Kayla Thrasher, Tyler Thrasher, Kyle Pattillo, Corey Pattillo, Hunter Pattillo, Crystal and Pierce Gossett, Blake and Tiffany Pattillo, Josh Pattillo; ten great grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
