Jackie David James

Mr. Jackie David James, 66, of Gainesville, passed away Wednesday March 1, 2023 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Ricky Thrasher will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Born on October 28, 1956 in Gainesville, he was the son of Wiley and Clydell James. He was self-employed in the construction industry.

In addition to his parents, Mr. James was preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy Wallace, Johnny James and sisters, Elaine Motes, Gloria Smith and Carol Hunt.

Mr. James is survived by his wife, Vickey Evans James of Gainesville; son, Kyle James of Gainesville; daughter, Kayla James of Gainesville and brother, Charles James of Oakwood.
