Mrs. Eliza Rosezett Howard Andrews, age 93 of Ward Circle, Toccoa passed away Monday, February 27, 2023 at the home of her daughter in Carnesville, Georgia.
A daughter of the late Hubert William Howard and Mildred Scoggins Howard, she was born April 13, 1929 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was retired from Milliken with over 25 years of service. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She was the oldest living member of Lamar Christian Church. She was an avid reader and loved doing crossword puzzles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cleo W. Andrews, a daughter, Dianne Andrews Jones; twin sister, Luella Howard and brothers, Belton Howard, Fred Howard and Thomas Howard.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Bill Vaughan of Carnesville, Georgia; grandchildren, Dawn and Ronnie King, Jennifer and Rob Brown, Adrienne Jones and Blaine Jones; great-grandchildren, Rowan and Lilly King, Lila Brown, Kelda Brown, William Brown, Kaiya Martin, Kiersten Dixon, Camden Dixon, Aidenn Jones and Kasen Jones; brother, Robert Edward Howard of Clarkesville, Georgia; sisters, Linda Davis of Clarkesville, Georgia and Delores Drake of Toccoa; a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 1, 2023, 2 o’clock p.m. at Lamar Christian Church with Minister Chad Holcomb officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, David Ausburn, Donald Ausburn, Stanley Wilbanks, Bryan Andrews, Rob Brown and Blaine Jones. Great-grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the Lamar Christian Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Eliza Rosezett Howard Andrews.
