Rene Maynard

Mr. Rene Maynard, age 94, of Buford, GA passed away on February 22, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years, Sandra Blalock Maynard.

Mr. Maynard is survived by his daughter, Susan Maynard; six grandchildren, Collin, Monica, Jude, Henry, Riley, Daniel; sisters, Robin (Kenneth) Yates of MA, Dolores Kastrzebski of MA; brother-in-law, Neil Smith of Woodstock, GA, and Rene Berger of MA. Mr.

Maynard was born on April 4, 1928 in Oxford, MA. He was a graduate of St. Bonaventure College with a Bachelor’s Degree. He was a retired school teacher from Dekalb County School System for over 30 years. Mr. Maynard was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at 12:00 pm at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 6439 Spout Springs Rd., Flowery Branch, Ga. 30542.
