Phillip Waldrop

Phillip Waldrop, 73, of Cumming, GA passed away Friday, February 17, 2023.

Born November 5, 1949 in Atlanta to the late Jim and Beatrice Waldrop, he had lived in Forsyth County most of his life.  Phillip was formerly employed as a tubemill operator for American Boa.  He enjoyed music, playing his guitar, and yardwork, especially riding his lawnmower.  Mr. Waldrop was also preceded in death by eight sisters and brothers.

Surviving are his wife of 48 years, Debbie Waldrop, Cumming; children, Alan and Cindy Waldrop, Cumming, Tonia and Emmanueal Loggins, Dawsonville, Anthony Waldrop, Cumming, Judie and Mike Boyce, Dawsonville; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, February 19, 2023 at 4 o’clock at Abundant Life Church in Cumming.  Pastor Mark Smith will officiate.

The family will receive friends beginning at 3 p.m. at the church.
