Robert "Bob" Moore

Robert “Bob” Moore, 81, of Flowery Branch passed away Saturday, February 11, 2023 following a period of declining health.

Mr. Moore was born February 24, 1941 to the late Grady and Clara Moore. He had been a resident of Flowery Branch for over 20 years.  Bob was a graduate of Fulton County High School and John Marshall Law School.  In 1963 he married his beloved wife and raised two sons while living in Doraville.  A life-long entrepreneur, Bob held many jobs and owned many businesses throughout his life.  A loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather, he was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Geraldine Moore and siblings, Billy, Phillip, Garey, Gayla, and Jessie.

Surviving are his sons, Ronny Moore of Dawsonville, Jeff Moore of Milton, grandchildren, Jacob, Emily, Avery, Siena; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. James Lemley will officiate.  Interment will follow in Dawsonville City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 14 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the service hour.
