James T. Lyons

James T Lyons, age 53, of Gainesville passed away Sunday morning, January 29, 2023, at Piedmont Hospital.

James was born in Santa Clara, California in July of 1969 to the late Frances Mavis Quinn and Harold Paul Lyons. He moved from California to Missouri during high school and later started a family in Georgia.

James was a real estate agent with over 20 years expertise. He specialized in lake properties and was very well versed in sales.

James was an adventurous sprint. He loved traveling the world, his family joked calling him a chameleon blending into any environment. He also enjoyed playing golf whenever the opportunity arose. James was a sports enthusiast who loved catching a game in person or via television. He also loved listening to live music whether it was a big-name artist or a small town band. James truly lived life to the fullest.

James is survived by his two daughters Kali Lyons and Ava Lyons., who were the loves of his life.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
