Janice Ann Modisett

Janice Ann Modisett, age 70, of Buford, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.  She is survived by her children, Michellene Modisett, Macon, GA, Printis Modisett III, Buford, GA, Brian Modisett, Murrayville, GA; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Jacqueline Ray, Buford, GA, Darlene (Danny) Johnson, Ann Arbor, MI; brothers, Pinkey Ray, Roswell, GA, Tommy Ray, Detroit, MI; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Ms. Modisett was born March 24, 1952 in Ashville, NC.  She graduated from Montevello College with a Bachelors Degree.  She also graduated from Strayer University with a Master Degree in Business Administration.  She was retired in 2017 from Hall County Department of Family and Children Services in Gainesville, GA.  A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2023 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA.  A Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA prior to the Service.
