Clifton Gerald Cleve Samuels

Clifton Gerald Cleve Samuels, age 84 of Sugar Hill entered rest peacefully on Saturday January 14, 2023 at a private personal care home in Buford.

Clifton was born in Black River, Jamaica to the late George Cleve & Enid Violet Mair Samuels. He retired from the City of Atlanta where he served as an architect. He attended Holy Cross Episcopal Church in Decatur and was preceded in death by his sisters, Hilma Hitchener & Hycinth Newsome.

Left to cherish sweet memories, son, Michael Samuels; daughters, Natasha (David) Fuller & Michelle (Geoffrey) Latham; grandchildren, Brooke Samuels, Brandon Samuels, Hunter Fuller, Emilie Gomez, Morgan Latham & Gavin Latham; great grandson, Maddux Gomez; sisters, Marilyn Priestley, Pamela Marshall, Sharon Davis & Hyacinth Bevan; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

A Celebration of Life gathering honoring Clifton will be held Saturday February 18, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the E Center at Sugar Hill, 5009 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, GA 30518.
