Mrs. Sequita Lynquoia Richie, age 47 of Toccoa, formerly of Gainesville, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Heardmont Nursing Home, Elberton following an extended illness.
A celebration of her life will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 5:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Mr. Ben Stone will officiate. The family will receive on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 4 – 5 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Richie was born April 5, 1975 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Sequoya Gowan and Sandra Faye Jones Stone. She was employed with IHOP and was of the undenominational faith.
Mrs. Richie is survived by her mother & step-father, Sandra & Michael Stone of Gainesville, her husband, James Richie of Toccoa, her sons, Ryan (April) Anderson of Douglasville and Caleb Gowan of Gainesville, her grandchildren, Gaby Anderson and Aiden Anderson, her siblings, Trina & Lamar Ray, Dustus Gowan and Josh Gowan, her aunt, Tina Bunch and several other relatives.
