Mrs. Donna Marie Bell Aldrich, age 55 of Toccoa entered into the beautiful gates of heaven on Monday, December 19, 2022.
A daughter of Marie Otting Bell and the late Ronald Bell, she was born on August 15, 1967 in Stephens County, Georgia. She was a life long resident of Toccoa, Georgia. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Rock Quarry Church.
She was a beautician for over 30 years. Being a mama was her passion and being a hairdresser was her true calling. She held every one of her clients close to her heart. She also had a gift of worshipping God through song and sign language. It was humbling to watch her pour out her praise in such a beautiful way.
Donna was an incredible and amazing person who was faced with many difficult battles along her way. However, she kept the faith and she finished her race. She will be greatly and dearly missed by the ones who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Bell, by her husband Randy Aldrich, a cousin, Doug Bell, and uncle, Raymond Otting.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Taylor and Brandon Fitzgerald of Eastanollee; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Johnna Aldrich of Royston; daughter, Bridgett Aldrich of Minnesota; her best friend and sister, Erica Bell of Toccoa; her grandchildren whom she adored, Braylin Fitzgerald, Joselin Aldrich, Keaton Aldrich, Kira Aldrich, Grayson Aldrich, Walker Jordan, and Julie Jordan; aunt and uncle, Jack and Pat Bell of Winchester, Virginia; aunt, Sarah Scott of Oakwood; several sister- in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, December 22, 2022, 2 o’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Edward Hood and The Reverend Travis Pitts officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Chris Aldrich, Brian Aldrich, Cody Crunkleton, Zach Crunkleton, Jason Aldrich and Brandon Fitzgerald. Keaton Aldrich, Grayson Aldrich and Erica Bell will serve as honorary pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Thursday from noon until the service time. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.
Interment will follow in the Lavonia City Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Donna Marie Bell Aldrich.
