Jeffery Scott McDaniel

Jeffery Scott McDaniel, age 51, of Dawsonville, GA passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his dad, Jacky McDaniel and step mother Billie Ann McDaniel; grandparents, A. T. McDaniel, Sr., Mary Jane Toole, Roy and Sybil Breedlove; niece, Alysha Brock; several uncles and an aunt.  Mr. McDaniel is survived by his mother, Marie Durham; sons, Brandon McDaniel and Jeremy (Haley) McDaniel, both of Commerce, GA; daughter, Tasha (Scotty) Howard of Gillsville, GA; grandsons, Joshua and Raylan McDaniel, Trevor Howard; granddaughter, Raleigh McDaniel; sister, Patti (Darrell “Tiny”) Adams of Hayesville, NC; brother, Jamie (Kelly) Durham of Flowery Branch, GA; several nieces and a nephew.  Mr. McDaniel was born on March 20, 1971 in Lawrenceville, GA.  He lived in Buford, GA the majority of his life and attended North Gwinnett High School.  He worked at Georgian Art Lighting and the City of Sugar Hill.  A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home officiated by Rev. LaWayne McDaniel and Rev. Roland Henderson.  Interment will follow in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home.
