Richard Euria Fairburn

Mr. Richard Euria Fairburn, age 83, of Oakwood passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Gainesville, surrounded by his family.

Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date.

Mr. Fairburn was born December 20, 1938 to the late J.E. & Margaret Woods Fairburn in Glen Jean, West Virginia.  A Veteran of the United States Army and United States Marines, he was retired from Hercules, Inc, where he was a Supervisor. 

Mr. Fairburn is survived by his wife, Julie Fairburn; sons, Richard A. Fairburn of Oakwood and Timothy S. Fairburn of Covington; granddaughter, Tiffany Petroskie (Sam Garrett); great-grandchildren, Cole, Meadow and Ellie; brothers, Gary (Sandy) Fairburn and Ted Fairburn; and several beloved nieces & nephews.
