Parks Lester Hood, Jr.

Parks Lester Hood, Jr., age 93, of Sautee, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022.

Mr. Hood was born on January 6, 1929, in Sautee, Georgia, to the late Parks Lester Hood, Sr. and Charlotte Jenkins Hood.  He was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Hood was preceded in death by his daughter, Ann Hairston.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia Hood; sons and daughters-in-law, John and Alice Hood, and Larry and Connie Hood; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Mike Morris; son-in-law, Randall Hairston; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
