Curtis Le Bussey

Curtis Le Bussey was born August 3, 1961, to the late Willie Shelley and Cludia Mae Bussey in Atlanta, GA. He attended Walter F. George High School in Atlanta, GA where he played varsity football. Upon graduation, Curtis worked for Stewart Bros, Inc, and Ansco & Associates as a Construction heavy equipment operator and laborer. Curtis was very friendly and helpful. He loved and lived life to the fullest and enjoyed helping others. He enjoyed auto repair, building, landscaping, socializing, and spending time with family. Curtis transitioned on November 18, 2022 in Atlanta, GA.
He is preceded in death by his father Willie Shelley; Mother Claudia Mae Bussey; Sisters: Diane Bussey, Rosemary Bowens, Effie Mae Mitchell, Maggie Mae Shelley and brother Willie Lee Bussey.
Curtis is survived by his former wife Monica Bussey; three Sons: Curtis Bussey Jr., Antwan Bussey, Curshawn (Sharlisa) Bussey, eight Grandchildren: Yanis Bussey, Zyare King, Zion Bussey, Zuria Bussey, Xavier Bussey, Aniyah Bussey, Jordan Bussey, Isabella Bussey; four Sisters: Brenda (Frederick) Robinson, Wanda Jean Bussey, Patricia Ann (Bernard) Hitchcock, Shirley Ann (Anthony) Clouden; two brothers: James Bussey Jr., Tommy Lee Bussey; Mother-in-law Opal Sherrer; Sister-in-law Kathy (Keith) Boyd; Brother-in-law Calvin Peek and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
