Chad Jason Fields, 49, of Cumming passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Chad was a loving father, son and brother. He was always happy and had a big heart. He loved his family, football and rock and roll music. Chad was a member of Friendship Baptist Church where he was saved July 13, 1983 and baptized a few days later on July 17, 1983. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Doris Roper and Earlie and Audrey Fields.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Skylar and Tyler Caudle; son, Ethan Fields; parents, Randall and Sherry Fields; brother and sister-in-law, Corey and Gretta Fields; and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 26, at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky Byrd, Rev. Bud Sutton, Rev. Wilson Pruitt and Rev. Carter Payne officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
