Stefan Balanean, 83, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Northside Hospital in Lawrenceville, GA. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 2 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 11 AM – 2 PM at the funeral home.

Stefan was born on February 26, 1939 in Cluj, Romania, where he attended and completed high school. During his youth he visited Germany with his colleagues from his work. He enjoyed traveling, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Victoria Balanean, three daughters and two granddaughters.
