Violet Joann Pritchard Scheurer, age 93 of Maysville, GA passed away on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2022
Born on March 17, 1929 in Inglewood, CA, Mrs. Scheurer was the daughter of the late William C. Pritchard and Madge N. Trim. She was the widow of James C. Scheurer, a retired accountant with General Times, and was preceded in death by a daughter, Tamra Lea Biggerstaff.
Survivors include sons, Bryan Keith Walker, Carrollton, Robert Charles Scheurer, Dallas; daughters, Sherlyn Sue Puleo, Comer, Marletta Whalen, Maysville; six grandchildren; and a number of great and great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 2 pm Monday, Nov. 21, 2022 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gearold Thompson officiating. The family will receive friend Monday from 1 pm until the funeral hour.
