Billy Pruitt

Billy Pruitt, age 62, of Hoschton, GA, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Pruitt.  Billy is survived by his mother, Ruby Pruitt of Hoschton, GA; sister, Brenda (Vernon) Cook of Flowery Branch, GA; brothers, Willie (Judy) Sharpton of Pendergrass, GA, Herman (Debra) Pruitt of Snellville, GA, Sanford (Viola McClure) Pruitt of Flowery Branch, GA; several nieces, nephews, and a number of other relatives.  Billy was born on January 31, 1960 in Lawrenceville, GA and worked for over 17 years as the attendant of the Chevron station on Highway 124 in Hoschton.  He liked guns and enjoyed gun shows.  He was a wonderful son, brother and friend to many who never met a stranger.  A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Ronnie Coley and Rev. Henry Lackey.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8. 2022.  Flowers are accepted, but in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Flanigan Funeral Home to help with expenses.
