Mary Elizabeth Ballinger

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Ballinger, age 85, of Flowery Branch passed away Friday, November 4, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Gainesville.

Graveside services will be held at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia at 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Elder Jane Hubbard will officiate.

Mrs. Ballinger was born October 21, 1937 to the late Arthur & Edna Twite in Standish, Michigan. 

Mrs. Ballinger is survived by her children, Bonnie & Lamar Williamson, Barbara Bitler, Robert Ballinger, Jr., and Karen & Tony Slagle; grandchildren, Mark Williamson (Kym Gatti), Jeff Williamson (Lauren Shultz), David Bitler, Brent Bitler (Erica Clements), Krissy Ellison (Brad Ellison), Amy Slagle (Johnny Gomillion), Jennifer Ellis (Brian Ellis) and Robbie Slagle; and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Ballinger; and son-in-law, Jeff Bitler.
