Helen Roberts Boyd

Helen Roberts Boyd, 89, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2022 with her family by her side.

Helen was born in Glen Alan, Mississippi, on September 28, 1933 to the late Nobbie and Isola Roberts. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 34 years, Ray Boyd; son, Tom Price and her ten siblings.

Helen was an avid reader and especially loved to read her bible. She enjoyed crafts, music, and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She leaves behind many happy memories that will be cherished.

She is survived by her son, Bob Price; daughter, Pat Kriz; brother, Buddy Roberts; six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Services will be held in Gainesville, Georgia, at Memorial Park Funeral Home Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 12:00 p.m.  Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Tuesday, November 8, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
