William “Bill” Joseph O’Neil

William “Bill” Joseph O’Neil, age 79, of Sugar Hill, GA, passed away on October 27, 2022.  He is survived by his wife, Martha O’Neil of Sugar Hill, GA; children, Walter “Skip” (Janice) O’Neil of Lynn, MA, Elizabeth O’Neil of Salem, MA; grandson, Drew O’Neil; cousin Arthur Carrie of Boston, MA.  Mr. O’Neil was born on October 5, 1943 in Rockland, MA.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2022, in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Newton Cemetery, Newton, MA, with Military Honors.  The family will receive friends on Monday, October 31, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until the time for the service at 2:00 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home.
