James Daniel Dickens, Sr.

 Mr. James Daniel Dickens, Sr., age 68 of Snellville, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022 at Piedmont Atlanta following a sudden illness.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.

Mr. Dickens was born January 8, 1954 in Lumber City, Georgia to the late George Calvin Dickens, Sr. and Faye McEachin Dickens.  He served in the U. S. Army as a combat photographer and retired from Georgia Quick Start.          

Mr. Dickens is survived by his son and his fiancé, James “Jamie” Daniel Dickens, III and Jessi Healan of Flowery Branch, his brother & sister-in-law, George Calvin Dickens, Jr. & Catherine Knight Dickens of Tybee Island, Georgia and nephew, George Calvin Dickens, III of Whitemarsh Island, Georgia.
